At Bali Exotic Marine Park, you can choose from a number of different courses to customize your experience. The course included in this tour is the Explorer course. The Explorer program gives you the opportunity to take photos and kiss the dolphins at the edge of the pool under the guidance of a dolphin trainer. It's an unforgettable experience for tourists who want to interact with dolphins.
Additional Options Encounter Program
The “Encounter” program allows you to interact with and feed the dolphins at the edge of the pool under the guidance of a dolphin trainer. Popular with families, couples, and everyone in between, this is an interactive experience that builds emotional and social bonds with the dolphins.

The most popular program at Bali Exotic Marine Park, “Discovery” is a program where you can swim and play with the dolphins in the pool. - Ages 1 to 11 are categorized as chilren, 12 and older are adults.
- For dolphin tours, infants under 1 year old are admitted free of charge but cannot participate in any activities.
- For Bali Zoo tours, infants under 2 years old are free.
- For Discovery and Encounter programs, children ages 1-5 must be accompanied by an adult on the same program.
- Children ages 6-11 must be accompanied by one adult per group on the same program.
- The Zoo asks that you pay close attention to your child to ensure that they are not injured and have a safe tour.
- Zoo performance schedules and programs are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions.
- Adults over the age of 70 are not eligible for insurance and must sign a waiver.
- Guests are only allowed to bring cell phones for the dolphin tour rainstorm camera.
- Guests must arrive on time for the dolphin tour rainfall.
- Except for typhoon-strength weather, the tour will proceed as normal. As a tropical country, rain is common in Bali during the rainy season(October through March).
- Tours are available with different pick-up and drop-off locations (e.g. Pick-up - Kuta / Drop-off - Ubud)
- 1 large suitcase per person is allowed. The standard vehicle is an Avanza, if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade the size of the vehicle. There is an additional cost, please inquire.
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we cannot be responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

- Cancellations requested ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of 3.65 USD(per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: Refund after deducting 50% of the amount paid
