- 1-4 passengers will be allocated a small 7-seater vehicle, please purchase the vehicle upgrade option for more than 2 airline checked luggage for 4 passengers or 5 passengers.
- Your reservation will be scheduled for the time you requested and the driver will be waiting at the meeting point 30-10 minutes in advance.
- If you are late for your reservation, the driver can wait for you. However, please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you may be treated as a no-show.
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Cancellation requested ~7 days before the tour date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of KRW 5,000 (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: refund less 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days before to day of travel or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund
