Traveling to Bali by Rental Car- 1-4 passengers will be assigned to an Avanza 7-seater standard vehicle, and 4 passengers can bring up to 2 airline checked bags.
- If you are traveling with more than 5 people or have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade your vehicle. Please upgrade to an Innova or Hi-Ace vehicle.

Traveling outside of these areas (including outlying areas such as Agung, Batur Mountain, and Lempuyang) will incur an additional fee. Please check your options, you can only add one outlying region.

- Your ride will be scheduled for the time you requested and the driver will be waiting at the meeting point 30 to 10 minutes in advance.
- If you are late for your reservation, the driver can wait for you. However, please note that the tour time will start from the scheduled start time and end at the same time.
- Bali car rental tips: If you're traveling early in the morning, it's easy to miss the hotel breakfast, so ask your hotel for a “breakfast box” the night before. If this service is available, the hotel will pack a boxed lunch for you.
- Please take care of your valuables during your tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during your trip. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Cancellations requested ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of USD3.65 (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: Refund after deducting 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days prior to travel date to same day or NoShow: no cancellation/change/refund
- All vehicles have been sanitized before traveling.
- All staff traveling with you have been vaccinated.
