Course Information
Pura Ulun Danu Beratan
Ulundanu, also known as the Temple of the Morning Lake and the Temple of the Sacred Mountain, is dedicated to Danu, the goddess of rivers and lakes. Visit early in the morning, when the sun hasn't warmed it up, and you can admire the eastern side of Mount Bratan, which stands majestically against the lake. Enjoy a tranquil and pleasant stroll amongst the familiar salvia flowers.
Bali Handara Gate
The entrance to Handara Golf Course, which is becoming a new Instagram mecca for those in the know. With stunning views of the mountains and Balinese gates, it makes for a dazzlingly beautiful photo op, weather permitting.
Wanagiri
An Instagrammable spot hidden in the Wanagiri ridge area. Swing shots with Lake Buyan in the background are now a staple of any northern Bali tour.
Wanagiri Swing (optional extra payable on site) - If you wish, you can enjoy swinging as an optional extra. An exhilarating time of swinging with the background of coffee plantations and waterfalls in the area below. At 15 meters high, it's about the size of a normal level, but the view of the cliffs below will get your heart racing.
Lunch with a view at Wanagiri Ridge
The dining options in the Wanagiri Ridge area are also spectacular. Enjoy lunch with the stunning natural scenery as a background, and wash it down with some of the famous Balinese coffee and cold drinks from the area.
Jatiluwih Rice Terraces
Enjoy a soft trek that's easy on the feet and eyes at the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, rice terraces terraced on all sides. Stop at a scenic mini-cafe along the way for a delicious coconut drink. The health benefits come as a bonus.

- This tour is mostly on foot. Please dress and wear shoes that are comfortable for walking.
- The weather can be quite hot, so be sure to pack short sleeves, sunscreen, a hat, and mosquito repellent.
- Tours will proceed as normal unless there is typhoon-like weather. As a tropical country, rain is common in Bali during the rainy season.
- This tour takes place within sight of lakeshores, cliffs, etc. Please be sure to observe safety precautions. Bintang Tours is not responsible for any accidents caused by travelers' negligence.
- For 3 people, you will be assigned a small van (6 seats) Avanza , and for 4 people, you will be assigned a medium-sized van (7 seats) such as Avanza. For 5 or more people, you will be assigned a minibus and car seats are not provided.
- One large suitcase per person is allowed. If you have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade the size of the vehicle, which will cost extra, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for any theft or loss that occurs during your trip, so we ask that you take care of your valuables while on tour and recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
