Padang Bai Port
Ferries from Bali to Lombok depart from Padangbai Port. You'll need to pay the Padangbai Port entrance fee (Rp 10,000 per person) locally.
- Add a private, exclusive transfer option and we'll take you to the port quickly and comfortably from your hotel or location of choice.
- If you request a private transfer, we can drop you off at the airport, but we do not pick you up from the airport as your flight may not arrive on time.
You can go from the comfort of the cool indoors, or afterward, head up to the second-floor deck to enjoy the sun and cool breeze with a beer from Ekajaya (but beware of sunburn, as the sun is intense).
Gili Trawangan port
The ferry ride from Padangbai to Gili Trawangan takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After disembarking at the dock, you will need to collect your luggage and get moving. There is no public transportation, including cars, on the Gili Islands, so you'll need to walk, bike, or take a horse-drawn carriage, a local form of transportation.

- On rare occasions, ferry operations may be canceled due to poor sea conditions. In this case, you may be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

- Upon cancellation request up to ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of USD3.65 (per person)
