- Unlike the regions, Ubud only picks up/drops off at Cocomart in Central Ubud, also known as Monkey Triangle, and Canggu only at Canggu Station.
- If you would like to be picked up/dropped off at your hotel other than the designated points, please contact us separately.

- Infants under the age of 4 travel for free, while children ages 4 to 10 pay the child fare.
- Two pieces of luggage are allowed per person, up to a total weight of 20 kg.
- For round trips, please be careful not to lose your return ticket.
- The pick-up/drop-off service is organized by the ferry company. Please do not be impatient if the vehicle may be late.
- If the road conditions make it difficult for the vehicle to enter, such as guesthouses located in alleys, we may not be able to pick you up or the pick-up area may be adjusted.
- Additional costs may be incurred depending on the location of the hotel in the area, the distance, and the route (e.g. outside of Ubud).
- From Kuta, it takes approximately 1.5 hours by car to Sanur Port.
- Due to local traffic conditions and picking up companions staying at other hotels, the meeting/pickup time may be delayed by 10-30 minutes.
- Please be on time for pick-up. If you are late, it may be considered a no-show.
- Depending on sea conditions, boat maintenance may be required. In this case, the departure time may be slightly changed.
- On rare occasions, the ferry may be canceled due to bad sea conditions. In this case, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Fastboat travel time is approximately 30 minutes, so please keep this in mind when planning your schedule.
- Please also keep in mind that late departures of around 20-60 minutes are common and expected due to delays in the shuttle vehicles for local pick-ups (this may not make sense when compared to Korean transportation, which is on time, but Indonesia may be different, so please be flexible with your schedule).
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the trip, and we also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Upon cancellation request up to ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of USD3.65 (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days prior to travel date: Refund less 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days before to day of travel or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund
- All vehicles have been sanitized before traveling.
- All staff traveling with us have been vaccinated.
