Airport → Downtown Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)Arriving at an unfamiliar airport can be a nerve-wracking experience, but with our airport transfer service, you can rest assured that your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall just in time for your flight. You'll be relieved to see your name on the name board that you'll see as soon as you arrive at the arrivals hall.
- One to four passengers will be assigned to an Avanza 7-seater, and 4 passengers can bring up to 2 airline checked bags.
- If you're traveling with more than 5 people or have a lot of luggage, you'll need to upgrade your vehicle. Please upgrade to an Innova or Hiace vehicle.
From Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) to the city centerBintang Tours pick-up and drop-off service is provided in a private vehicle. Enjoy a comfortable ride in a cool vehicle to the airport and around Jakarta city.
Downtown → Airport Depart from your hotel 4 hours before your flight departure timeTransfer to the airport from your accommodation or preferred pick-up location. For airport drop-off, you can specify the pick-up time.

- Jakarta has some of the most congested roads in the world, so please be punctual for the sanding service.
- Vehicles are assigned to small vans (6-seater) such as Ertiga for 3 passengers and medium vans (7-seater) such as Avanza for 4 passengers. For more than 5 people, please add the option to upgrade your vehicle. Car seats are not provided.
- One large suitcase per person is allowed. If you have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade the size of the vehicle. There is an additional cost, please contact us.
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Cancellation requested ~7 days before the tour date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of KRW 5,000 (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: refund less 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days before to day of travel or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund
