- Passengers 1-4 will be assigned a small 7-seater vehicle, with a minimum of 2 airline checked bags for 4 passengers, or an Innova vehicle for 5 or more passengers.
- If you need a baby car seat, please purchase the option when you book.
- Your reservation will be scheduled for the time you requested and the driver will be waiting at the meeting point 30 minutes to 10 minutes in advance.
- If you are late, the driver can wait for you. However, please note that the tour will start and end at the same time as the scheduled start time.
- Please take care of your luggage during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Cancellation requested ~7 days before to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of 3,65 USD (per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before the tour date: 50% of the payment will be deducted and refunded
- 3 days before to day of travel or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund
- All vehicles have been sanitized before traveling.
