Encounter Program
The “Encounter” program allows you to interact and feed dolphins at the edge of the pool under the guidance of a dolphin trainer. Popular with families, couples, and everyone in between, this is an interactive experience that builds emotional and social bonds with the dolphins.
Additional Options Discovery Program
The most popular program at Bali Exotic Marine Park, “Discovery” is a program where you can swim and play with the dolphins in the pool. The unique experience with intelligent dolphins, the safety of the trainer guides, and the photo session with the dolphins are unforgettable.
Turtle Conservation And Education Center
Turtle Conservation And Education Center Bali hosts injured turtles, collects eggs from tourist beaches, buys eggs from locals, and raises them (so they are not consumed). The eggs are raised at the center, and the hatchlings are raised for about a month before being released into the wild.

- No jewelry is allowed to be worn during the program.
- Please supervise the safety of children.
- Please do not leave food and drinks near the dolphin habitat.
- Please follow the instructions of the dolphin staff at all times.

- Please leave bags and personal items on tables or in lockers.
Precautions
- Ages 1 to 11 are categorized as chilren, 12 and older are adults.
- Infants under 1 year old are admitted free of charge, but are not allowed to participate in any activities.
- For Discovery and Encounter programs, children ages 1-5 must be accompanied by an adult in the same program.
- Children ages 6-11 must be accompanied by one adult per group on the same program.
- Adults age 70 and older are not insured and must sign a waiver.
- You may only bring a cell phone for cameras.
- You must be punctual and arrive on time.
- The tour will proceed as normal except in the event of typhoon-strength weather. As a tropical country, rain is common in Bali during the rainy season(October through March).
- Tours are available with different pick-up and drop-off locations (e.g. Pick-up - Kuta / Drop-off - Ubud).
- 1 large suitcase per person is allowed. The standard vehicle is an Avanza, if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to upgrade the size of the vehicle. There is an additional cost, please inquire.
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we cannot be responsible for any theft or loss incidents that occur during the trip. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations requested ~7 days prior to travel date: Refund after deducting a booking fee of 3.65 USD(per person)
- Cancellation requested between 6 and 4 days before travel date: Refund after deducting 50% of the amount paid
- 3 days prior to travel date to same day or NoShow: no cancellation/change/refund
